New Era Workshop Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, overseas military addresses, or international destinations.

Handmade production times

Our products are handmade, and many are personalized or made to order. Production time is separate from shipping transit time. Please review the individual product listing for its estimated production schedule.

When design approval is required, production begins after we receive your approval. Delays in responding to proof emails may delay completion of your order.

If we expect a significant delay, we will contact you with an updated estimate and available options.

Shipping charges and free shipping

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Qualifying orders with a merchandise subtotal of $90 or more after discounts and before taxes and shipping receive free standard shipping.

Freight items, including the Handmade Hardwood Rocking Motorcycle, are excluded from free shipping. Express shipping costs extra when available. Choosing express shipping does not shorten production time.

Motorcycle freight shipping

Our rocking motorcycles ship fully assembled and require a separate freight quote. Contact us before purchasing with your delivery ZIP code, whether delivery is residential or commercial, and whether a loading dock or forklift is available.

We will confirm the freight charge and delivery arrangements before invoicing your order. Any required delivery services or additional charges will be explained in your quote.

Tracking and delivery

We will provide tracking information when available. Carrier delivery dates are estimates unless a guaranteed service is specifically confirmed.

If a shipment is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier.

Shipping address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. Address changes may not be possible once a shipment has been prepared or dispatched.

Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer may be the customer's responsibility. We will discuss any additional charges before reshipping.

Damage during shipping

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery. Keep the item, shipping box, labels, and packing materials, and provide photographs of the damage and packaging.

For freight deliveries, inspect the shipment when possible and note visible damage on the delivery receipt. Contact us even if damage becomes apparent after delivery.
